Australian Standard Shipping

Enjoy FREE standard shipping for orders over $200.00. For orders under $200.00, there's a flat rate standard shipping fee of $10.00.

Standard shipping typically takes 2 to 5 business days, varying by location.

Please note that delivery to WA, NT, TAS, and rural suburbs might require 7-10 business days.

Australian Express Shipping

For swift delivery and prioritised handling, choose EXPRESS shipping for $25.00.

Expect your order within 1 to 4 business days. Additionally, enjoy the convenience of priority processing, including express monogramming and shipment within 24 hours.

Please be aware that all domestic orders are dispatched through Australia Post and DHL, both offering comprehensive tracking.

Australian Returns

You may return your online purchase, provided it's in its original, unworn condition, within 7 days from receipt of goods. Please note that this excludes gift cards, e-gift cards, special offers, final sale items, and personalised items.

Hampers, bodysuits, made to order robes, lingerie including bras and knickers are also exempt from return. Items that have been previously exchanged will be eligible for store credit.

How to process your return?

Please complete and submit the return request form and our customer service team will reach out to provide a RA number.

You have the option to exchange the item for a different size, receive a full refund (with a flat return shipping fee of $9.60), or get store credit for future orders. Please note that the total amount refunded or credited will exclude the original shipping charges. Items not returned in their original condition, or orders over $500, will incur a 10% restocking fee.

Slippers - Qualify for a refund or store credit if unworn and sole undamaged. Personalised slippers do not qualify for a refund or store credit.

Hampers - Please note Homebodii does not accept refunds on hampers. For clothing items, Homebodii can offer store credit or exchange should the item not fit, as long as it hasn't been personalised. Personalised goods are not available for exchange or refund

In-store purchases - Homebodii stores do not offer refunds for change of mind purchases. Our in store returns policy is 7 days, whereby we will exchange or issue a store credit upon presentation of a receipt. Garments must be unworn, not personalised and in their original condition, with tags attached. Slippers must be unworn and in their original packaging. We will not accept slippers with sole markings or scratches.

Store credits - Valid for 12 months from date of issue. We do not offer exchanges or refunds on sale merchandise unless deemed faulty by our team or required by law. We kindly ask you to consider this before committing to a purchase. All purchases on lingerie and jewelery are final. Due to hygiene reasons, we will not accept returns for jewellery unless deemed faulty by our team.​

International Shipping

Flat rate express international shipping via UPS/DHL is available for $25.00 on all orders.

Orders are processed daily, and international shipping typically takes 3 to 5 business days, contingent on your country.

Please note that taxes and duties are the responsibility of the customer.

International Returns

To be eligible for a refund, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it. However, some items such as personalized, customized products, and lingerie may not be eligible for return.

If you wish to initiate a return, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your order.

Please note that there is a $25.00 flat fee for the DHL return label that will be deducted from your order once received.
